Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

Cooling-off for online orders (ECTA s44)

You may cancel an online purchase without reason or penalty within 7 days after receiving the goods. Only the direct cost of returning the goods may be charged to you. Goods should be returned unused and complete.

Defective or unsafe goods (CPA s55–56)

If goods are defective, unsafe or not fit for purpose, you may return them within six months of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund, at our risk and expense.

Damaged on delivery

Please inspect packaging on delivery, note any damage on the delivery note and photograph it. Report it through a support request as soon as possible.
